Payment and shipping
1. payment
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT. The binding prices are basically the prices listed in the shopping cart of the online shop at the time of the order. Prices that deviate from this are invalid.
Deliveries to Switzerland or to countries outside the EU may incur additional costs that must be borne by the buyer (e.g. taxes, customs duties, additional transport costs, money transfer fees, etc.).

2. Packaging of the Products
The products from the lawn are packed in individual packages, which are no heavier than 20 kg / package, and stacked on a long one-way pallet. To ensure product integrity during shipment, the pallet is strapped with a disposable top sheet.
3. Shipping Terms
Delivery takes place within Germany and Austria. We are happy to send the products to other countries. Please contact us if you are interested.
We try to provide you with as comprehensive a service as possible. Therefore, when ordering in Germany, with the exception of German islands, three options are available:

The costs for this are added to the flat-rate shipping costs. After the order has been received you will be informed about the further process by email. When the products are manufactured, we will ask for your desired delivery date by email.
Shipping is with DHL Freight. Delivery is curbside as standard. After the handover to our shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking link by email, with which you can easily track the shipment. Shipping usually takes 2 working days in Germany, with the exception of the German islands. Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
The Liegewiese products are carefully packed by us and handed over to the shipping service provider in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please check the shipment for damage or breakage and make a note of this on the DHL shipping computer or refuse to accept the delivery. If the damage to the packaging caused by transport affects the quality of the products, we ask that you contact us immediately.
It is possible for the customer to collect the product himself. For this, please agree with the company Liegewiese regarding the address and the date. Time windows for self-collection are from Monday to Friday between 06.00 a.m. and 08.00 p.m.
4. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are listed in the table below and are clearly displayed in the online shop during the ordering process. The product prices listed in the online shop do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs include the currently valid VAT. We charge a fixed freight cost share for the forwarding delivery. Excluded from this are the German islands, which are requested individually from DHL. This may result in surcharges on the flat-rate, Germany-wide shipping costs.
