A. Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Nora-Eilin Reinicke, Liegewiese - Das Familienbett, Hermann-Köhl-Str. 5, 06847 Dessau-Roßlau, Germany, Tel.: +491638795005, email: info@liegewiese.shop) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://liegewiese-familienbett.de/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online feature, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Reinicke GmbH, Junkersstraße 35, 06847 Dessau-Roßlau, Germany, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by mail (freight-only goods), the direct costs of return are estimated at a maximum of approximately 100 euros per item (within Germany - international shipping costs may be higher).
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and shipping address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage during transit by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us with shipping charges unpaid.
3) Please note that the provisions in sections 1–2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
